In association with Zeelo, a chaperoned bus route, exclusively for NCS pupils, is available to families from Reception to Year 8. A route to the east of the city centre, and a new north and south-west route (commencing September 2024) create a catchment of around 80% of NCS families. Tickets are available in a number of formats for flexibility, including singles/returns, ‘bundles’, or term passes, which can be booked in advance. Discounts are available for bulk bookings. Up-to-date ticket prices are available via the Zeelo app.

The Zeelo app allows live tracking and updates on the route. The boarding and alighting of each pupil is electronically logged by the chaperone, automatically notifying parents via the app. Younger pupils are not permitted to alight unless there is a parent or carer present. All drivers and chaperones have the requisite safeguarding checks. The bus arrives at NCS at c.8.05 and departs in the afternoon at c.16.50. Those boys who are not in an after-school enrichment activity are able to stay in school in aftercare free of charge until the bus departs.
