Insects Workshop
Year 6 enjoyed their annual science workshop at the Natural History Museum in Oxford. The first part of the morning was spent learning about different groups of arthropods as well as looking at how the presence or absence of different types of insect can help us understand more about the local environment. We even got to see some live insects in the form of some very beautiful leaf insects! The second session involved a self-guided trail around the invertebrate gallery where we marvelled at the amazing array of insects on display.
