Ms. Kate Lam is the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Representative for NCS. She has been with NCS since 2019 and previously taught at a British international school overseas. She recently graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a distinction in a Master’s degree in Education (Childhood and Youth Studies), where she developed a strong academic interest in educational achievement, cultural diversity and language development.   

Additionally, Kate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Metalwork and Jewellery Design and two teaching qualifications: a PGDE in Early Childhood Education and a CELTA for Teaching English as a Second Language. Her background in art and design complements children's creative and imaginative learning, and she enjoys leading after-school enrichment activities at NCS.   

Outside of school, Kate enjoys exploring new dessert spots in Oxford and taking her daughter for scenic walks. She also enjoys going on family holidays in Asia and North America.
